Jill Lajdziak

Jill Lajdziak has served as President & CEO since November 2011. She has more than thirty years of automotive and leadership experience. Jill joined Penske Automotive Group in 2009 as President of smart USA. Prior to joining Penske Automotive Group, Jill served as General Manager of Saturn in her successful career with General Motors from 1980 to 2008.

David Brown

David has served as Vice President, Finance since 2009. He has more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership. Prior to joining QEK, David was the Chief Financial Officer at an automotive supplier since 1996. He also spent six years as a Certified Public Accountant for a large accounting firm.

Thomas Cyr

Thomas Cyr, the Company's Chief Information Officer, has been with QEK since 1995 in a variety of positions beginning as Regional Operations Manager, Senior IT Manager and Corporate IT Director. Prior to joining QEK, Thomas worked in dealership operations for more than 11 years.

Greg Lewis

Greg Lewis, Vice President, Special Vehicles, Retrofit & Strategic Accounts, joined the QEK team in August 2012. Greg brings to the team more than 25 years of automotive and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining QEK, Greg was President of North American Sales & Business Development for Gentech International; Greg also served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Daimler Trucks North America and spent 12 years at Penske owned, Detroit Diesel in various management positions.

Kelly Henderson

Kelly Henderson currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Accounts. Kelly Henderson joined QEK in 2009 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining QEK, Henderson established extensive account management experience in the telecommunications, technical services and software industries.

Jon Miniot

Jon Miniot, Nissan Account Director, joined the QEK team in March 2013. Jon brings to the team more than 25 years of experience serving the automotive industry. Prior to joining QEK, Jon was with Electronic Data Services (EDS) for more than 20 years, growing from a business analyst into a leadership role with EDS prior to their acquisition by Hewlett Packard (HP) in 2008. Jon continued in his career following the transition to HP, most recently in the role of Account Executive.

Chris Issa

Chris Issa currently serves as the Canada Operations Director. Chris Issa joined QEK in 1991 and has served in a variety of positions including Auto Show Specialist, Operations Manager, and Senior Manager of Shows and Events. Chris has worked on a variety of OEM accounts over the years in various capacities.

Craig Cheatle

Craig Cheatle, the Company’s Vice President of Sales, has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with 15 years at QEK. Craig has held several positions at QEK, including General Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing. Craig also served as Corporate Sales Manager for Audi of America and Vice President of Strategic Development for Amerifleet Transportation.

Karyn Delier

Karyn Delier currently serves as Director of Human Resources. She joined QEK as Senior Manager in Operations in 1996 and also served as Senior Manager in Human Resources from 2007 to 2009. Previously, Karyn spent several years in business administration related areas.
